Trash Lucky Terms of Use
Please read the redemption and lucky draw terms and conditions (“terms and conditions” carefully as these contain important information regarding your rights and obligations, including the limitation and exemption that affects all transactions and activities with Trash Lucky.
Upon registering and/or using any service through LINE Official Account Trash Lucky or Trash Lucky’s officials or pressing “OK” to accept these terms and conditions, it is deemed that you have acknowledged and accepted the contents of these terms and conditions thoroughly. Thereby, you are bound by these terms and conditions, including the regulations and policies that may be announced on Trash Lucky’s website, LINE Official Account, and other Trash Lucky public relations channels, which may be amended occasionally without prior notice. Furthermore, some services offered to the users through the websites or programs may be under additional and specific terms and conditions. Therefore, your use of service will also fall under such particular terms and conditions as part of the original terms and conditions. Moreover, you have agreed that the electronic/internet transactions that have been processed and completed through this website or program will be fully enforceable and binding under Thailand’s Electronic Transactions Act, B.E. 2544.
1. Definitions
1.1. “Agreement” or “Terms and Conditions” means these terms and conditions.
1.2. “Advertising” or “Ads” means the advertising created by the sponsors to promote the sponsors’ sale or marketing activities of the product and services through websites and other communicable channels.
1.3. “Trash Lucky” means the platform created on the LINE Official Account on Android, iOS, website, or other operating systems that may be developed in the future. Trash lucky is the intermediary for the sponsors to announce their campaign activities and prescribe the points, conditions, and terms, including advertisements for registered users.
1.4. “Campaign” means the activities that the sponsors announce on the website and program for the users to participate or redeem the prize within the period the sponsors stipulated under the terms and conditions of each campaign.
1.5. “Sponsor” means the legal person or natural person that sponsors the prizes. The sponsor is the creator that announces the campaign activities on the Trash Lucky platform to the registered users who accepted the terms and conditions to redeem or win the prize, i.e., product, service, voucher, coupon, discount, etc.
1.6. “Company” means Trash Lucky Co., Ltd., which is the legal personal founded and operated under Thai laws that creates Trash Lucky platform, including creating the campaign and can also become the sponsor.
1.7. “System” means the database and processing program of the Trash Lucky platform.
1.8. “Transaction” means the users’ acts of entering the lucky draw or redeeming the prize on the Trash Lucky platform on a mobile device or computer.
1.9. “User” means the person that visits and uses the Trash Lucky platform, including joining in the activities on the platform.
1.10. “Point” means the points that Trash Lucky stipulates in the rules to obtain the points for joining the activities, redeeming the product, service, voucher, coupon, or discount from the announced campaigns.
2. General provisions
2.1. This document is a legal contract between the user and the sponsor.
2.2. The user agreed that all content accessible through the Trash Lucky platform is used at the user’s risk. The user shall be liable for any damage or loss arising to the user or other persons due to such content. For these terms and conditions, “content” includes, but is not limited to, the information about the location, video, voice message, criticism, data, text, picture, computer program, script, graphic, or any other intermediary in between that Trash Lucky creates, provides, or makes accessible through the service.
2.3. Any content or activity on the Trash Lucky platform may contain the advertisement or provide the user with activities through third-party programs such as Facebook or any other channel. If the activities are accessed through a third-party website or program, the user may be required to agree and comply with the terms and conditions of such third-party.
3. Account: registration and cancellation
3.1. The user does not require to register to visit the platform or use some services. However, the user must register to receive the points, gain the lucky draw or prize redemption status announced on the Trash Lucky platform, and use some services reserved for the registered users only.
3.2. The user must provide the following information to register: name, surname, email, a telephone number that is still in service, province of residence, or other personal information that the platform requires. Please consult the privacy policy section for more details.
3.3. The user can only register through Trash Lucky LINE Official Account or the company’s officials.
3.4. The registration via Trash Lucky LINE Official Account
3.4.1. The user must register via Trash Lucky LINE Official Account using LINE username and password to access the platform. Trash Luck refers to the LINE identification authentication system for the registration and the use of the platform. The user agrees that when the user authorizes another person to use the service (and/or perform transactions) under the user’s LINE username and password credentials, such person is deemed an agent of the user. Thus, the user shall be liable for any damage from a failure to keep the user’s password confidential.
3.4.2. The user must register on Trash Lucky via their LINE account and only provide the authentic personal information and current contact information that is still in service for Trash Lucky and sponsor to verify the user’s identity to be eligible for prize redemption. Suppose the user registers using another person’s information. In that case, the sponsor reserves the right to request more evidence to verify the true identity of the LINE account holder that used to register on Trash Lucky. If the identity verification cannot be determined, the sponsor reserves the right to withdraw the prize offered to the user, and the prize cannot be exchanged for points or cash.
3.5. The user must be at least 13 years old and has a domicile of origin in Thailand. The user’s legal parents must also consent for registration and activity participation unless the user has already reached legal age.
3.6. The sponsor reserves the right to deny the registration and revoke the user account at any given time without prior notice if the user committed the fraudulent act, exhibited the fraudulent intention, or violated any rule that was announced in the campaign’s terms and conditions.
3.7. The user will receive a member ID upon the completion of registration.
4. The separation and donation of recyclable trash
4.1. The user must separate the recyclable trash according to the method and type that Trash Lucky provided without mixing different types of trash.
4.2. The user can donate recyclable trash that has been separated to Trash Lucky through the following channels:
4.2.1. Requesting the Trash Lucky’s home pickup service, in which the user shall be responsible for the cost of such service.
4.2.2. Delivering the recyclable trash through the shipping courier to Trash Lucky’s address, in which the user shall be responsible for such delivery cost.
4.2.3. Bringing the recyclable trash to the drop-off locations provided by Trash Lucky.
4.2.4. Other channels Trash Lucky may provide in the future without prior notice.
4.3. The user must assign the name, surname, and member ID on the box or packaging that contains their recyclable trash before donating them to Trash Lucky. Trash Lucky will refer to personal information given on the packaging to verify the identity of the user. If there is no assigned personal information or the information cannot be confirmed, such donation will be deemed unsuccessful; there will be no compensation to the user in any form.
4.4. The address for sending the recyclable trash through the shipping courier is Trash Lucky 496, Sathupradit Soi 49, Bang Phong Pang, Yan Nawa, Bangkok 10120 THAILAND, or 7-Eleven, Sathu Tad Mai branch, branch code 13871.
5. Points and lucky draw or prize redemption
5.1. Point earning
5.1.1. The user will receive points for the separation and donation of recyclable trash that has been sorted according to the method provided by Trash Lucky. The user will also receive points from participating in activities on Trash Lucky platform or other public relations channels of the company, including the activities that the sponsor created. In addition, the sponsor may inform the rules to earn points through the sponsor’s channels or other third-party channels.
5.1.2. Earning points from recyclable trash separation and donation
5.1.2.1. The points earned will depend on the recyclable trash’s type and weight, as stipulated by Trash Lucky.
5.1.2.2. The company’s officials or delegators will weigh the recyclable trash by type and then calculate the user's points.
5.1.2.3. The point calculation by the company’s officials or delegators shall be final.
5.1.2.4.If the user did not separate the recyclable trash by method or type described by Trash Lucky, such as mixing different recyclable trash or leaving food or liquid residues on the trash, the user will not receive the points from such donation. There will be no compensation for the user in any form.
5.1.2.5. The sponsor may change the recyclable trash point exchange rates of each type and weight or point exchange rates for activities without prior notice to the user.
5.1.3. The recyclable trash point exchange rates of each type and weight
5.1.3.1. 10 points for 1 kilogram of clean code 1 clear plastic bottles (PET).
5.1.3.2. 10 points for 1 kilogram of clean code 2 frosted or colored plastic bottles (HDPE).
5.1.3.3. 10 points for 1 kilogram of code 5 plastic packaging in every color (PP).
5.1.3.4. 1 point for 1 kilogram of clean glass bottles in every color.
5.1.3.5. 10 points for 1 box of clean 12 beer or alcoholic beverage bottles packed in a single box, separated by the brands.
5.1.3.6. 1 point for 1 kilogram of dry and clean cardboard or cardboard box.
5.1.3.7. 1 point for 1 kilogram of dry and clean white copy paper.
5.1.3.8. 5 points for 1 kilogram of dry and clean UHT packaging.
5.1.3.9. 15 points for 1 kilogram of clean aluminum cans.
5.1.3.10. 1 point for 1 kilogram of clean metal cans or scraps.
5.1.4. Point collection period
5.1.4.1. The user can collect the points during the campaign period as stipulated by the sponsor. The point can be collected on a monthly basis from the first day until the last day of each month by donating the recyclable trash to the pickup locations designated by Trash Lucky within the last day of that campaign. For example, the points from recyclable trash sent on 30th April and arrived at Trash Lucky pickup location on 3rd May will be counted toward the May campaign.
5.1.4.2. The point collection round and period of each campaign may be subjected to any change without prior notice to the user.
5.1.5. Points earned by users can be used to win or redeem prizes and benefits. under the conditions and the specified period of each campaign only This will be announced on the Trash Lucky platform or other company communication channels. Users cannot transfer Points to other users. and cannot exchange points for cash in any case
5.1.6. In the event that a user has points remaining from one campaign, Trash Lucky will automatically carry forward the user's points balance to the next campaign. If the sponsor needs to cancel the campaign or the campaign will not continue under any circumstances. Points earned or accumulated by the user will be automatically cancelled. And there will be no compensation to the user in any form whatsoever.
5.1.7. In the event of a system error or failure resulting in the database or the accumulated points of the user are inaccurate or lost The Sponsor reserves the right to make any decisions regarding the number of points. and the granting of benefits on the Trash Lucky platform and the User agrees to accept such judgment without any objection.
5.1.8. The Sponsor has the right to modify the rates. or the number of points that users will receive by donating categorized recycled waste to Trash Lucky and participating in various activities without prior notice.
5.1.9. Sponsor reserves the right to combine points or transfer points or change the number of points from one account. to another user account in any case
5.1.10. Users who accumulate points into their accounts cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes and cannot transfer the right to transfer the number of points to other people
5.2. Campaign and Win or Redemption
5.2.1. The Sponsor will create and publish the campaign on the Trash Lucky Platform or other Company communications. for users to win or redeem prizes as specified by the sponsor Each campaign may have specific terms or conditions. Therefore, it is the user's responsibility to study and understand the specific terms and conditions. It will not be liable if users misunderstand the content or terms or conditions of the campaign.
5.2.2. Winning prizes
5.2.2.1. When the point accumulation period of each campaign is over. Points accumulated by the user will be converted to a chance to win prizes for the campaign in that round. according to the rate automatically determined by the sponsor, for example, 5 points get 1 chance to win prizes
5.2.2.2. The Sponsor may modify the point exchange rate per prize draw without prior notice.
5.2.2.3. In the event of an error or failure of the system resulting in inaccuracies or loss of the user's calculation of the right to win prizes. Sponsor reserves the right to make any decisions regarding the number of prize draws on the Trash Lucky platform. The user agrees to accept such decision without any objection.
5.2.2.4. reserves the right to win 1 prize per 1 prize only. Users who are eligible to win multiple prizes Can win the most prizes according to the number of rights available.
5.2.3. Prize Draw
5.2.3.1. The drawing will be conducted on the date and time specified by the Company. This will be announced on the Trash Lucky platform or other company communication channels.
5.2.3.2. Prize draws will be carried out in accordance with the methods specified by the Company, for example randomly giving out unique numbers to users according to the number of prizes of that user. and use a computer program or an online program randomly drawing the numbers of the winners
5.2.3.3. The Company reserves the right to reserve the prize draw. In the event that the awardee does not qualify or there is no document/evidence to show as evidence for claiming the award as specified or did not receive the award/can not be contacted within the specified time
5.2.3.4. The drawing will be conducted from the place designated by the Company without prior notice.
5.2.3.5. The Company will regularly broadcast the prize draws through the channels designated by the Company. without the need to broadcast live every time
5.2.3.6. The Company reserves the right to modify the method. The date and time of the prize draw without prior notice. and reserves the right to make any decisions in connection with the drawing and determine the winner. and the user agrees to accept such judgment without any objection.
5.2.4. Redemption of Rewards
5.2.4.1. Once the user has submitted a campaign reward request The system will check if the user has enough points to redeem the said reward or not. If the user has enough points The system will send the reward code for immediate redemption within the specified time shown on the platform at the specified point (On-Spot Redemption) such as shops, restaurants, point of sale or other places designated by the sponsor. 5.2.4.2. When the user submits a request and agree to accept the redemption terms and conditions It cannot be canceled or changed. Points will not be refunded under any circumstances or for any reason and reserves the right to modify. or change the number of points for redemption or points used to participate in activities on the Trash Lucky platform without prior notice.
5.2.4.3. The Sponsor has the right to cancel the User's redemption request at any time. Due to an error resulting in the campaign information being misrepresented. In the event of cancellation of such award redemption request The sponsor will return the user's points in full. However, there will be no refunds.
5.3. Reward Confirmation
5.3.1. Rewarded Users Must present proof of eligibility to receive the award as follows:

5.4. Reward delivery

5.4.2. Users will receive rewards from sponsors. or from the company Rewards will be delivered to the name and delivery address specified by the user during the claim process. The Company may assign third parties to assist in the delivery of rewards to users.
5.4.3. Sponsor does not warrant the quality, safety or any feature of the Products. or products from third parties that users redeem due to the quality, safety or any feature of the product or the product complies with the standards stated by a third party if the product or defective products The user must contact the third-party service center of the manufacturer. or the provider of the product or the product itself
5.5. Taxation
5.5.1. Transactions in connection with the Campaign are direct transactions between the Sponsor and the User. The user acknowledges and agrees that the receipt of such rewards may be subject to applicable tax laws such as withholding tax, stamp duty, VAT, etc.
5.5.2. Those who receive prizes worth more than 1,000 baht must pay withholding tax of 5% (according to the Revenue Department's order No. TorPor.101/2544), unless the company notifies that the company wishes to pay withholding tax instead
6. Privacy Policy

6.1.5. Cookies and Cache File

To allow the Trash Lucky Platform to record information about you as a Trash Lucky user, when you revisit the Trash Lucky Platform using the same web browser and device, the System. "Cookies" will be sent to your device only if you have subscribed to your account with Trash Lucky. The web browser or mobile application that you use to connect to the website or system may store and record a “cache file” including your personal data. The Trash Lucky Platform has no control or access to such “Cache File”.

You must review the Website's Privacy Policy. Others are also linked to this. The sponsor will no longer use your information. and will not disclose your information to other persons. Except in cases used in legal proceedings only.
6.4. Information sharing
6.4.1. The Sponsor will not share the user's personal information with companies, organizations and third parties. except in the following cases

6.4.2. The Sponsor will share the User's personal data with companies, organizations or third parties. If the Sponsor believes in good faith that access, access, retention or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary:

7. Use of the Website and Programs

7.2. The Sponsor does not warrant that the Platform Program will be free from computer viruses or anything else that may harm the User's mobile device.
7.3. Access to the Platform may be limited from time to time for reasons of servicing, repairing or adding new equipment or services. Sponsor will make every effort to restore access to the said platform as soon as possible. Trash Lucky is not responsible for any functionality that depends on the browser or other third party programs.
7.4. The Sponsor reserves the right to block access and/or modify or delete any that may cause a breach of the terms and conditions of this Agreement
7.5. Use of any information or media on the website or program by the user is entirely at the user's own risk and responsibility.
7.6. Users can access Trash Lucky platform by adding friends. By searching for Trash Lucky account in Line program or from other channels promoted by sponsors. The Sponsor shall not be liable for any damage or malfunction of the User's mobile device as a result of the installation of the Program on the User's mobile device.
8. Advertising
8.1. Sponsor may display advertisements in various locations on the Platform. During the user's use of the service
8.2. The user can freely choose or press to view the products or services that are advertised or not, at the discretion of the user.
8.3. Personal information (such as name, address, email address or phone number) will not be used for displaying advertising messages, however, a "cookie" may be installed or remembered by third-party advertisers on its web browser. 9. Compensation and indemnification
User agrees to indemnify Sponsor for all loss, damages and/or expenses. as a result of the User's breach or breach of any of the terms of this Agreement.
10. Force Majeure
Sponsor is not liable for any delay or non-performance of contract due to force majeure, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention. strike labor problems device defect or any other reason beyond the Sponsor's control.
11. WARRANTIES, EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY AND EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY.

(2) The Service may contain or link users to other websites that contain information that some individuals find offensive or inappropriate. Therefore Trash Lucky cannot guarantee the details of any content. displayed or accessible by using the Service, and Trash Lucky is not responsible or liable for its accuracy. Copyright complaint legitimacy or the suitability of the content displayed or accessible through the use of the Service.

(5) User bears the sole risk of using this website, program, service, form and content.
11.2. Exceptions to Liability
Trash Lucky is not responsible for lost points. Any loss of income, profit, contract, reputation, business, opportunity or damage due to data errors. whether as a result of infringement breach of contract or not
11.3. Release from Liability
The User irrevocably agrees to release the Sponsor from all liability or damages incurred by the User as a result of the use of the Services on this Trash Lucky Platform.
12. User Duties
12.1. The Sponsor may impose its own terms and conditions regarding the Sponsor's Campaign. And the user agrees to accept and be bound by such terms and conditions.
12.2. User warrants that all information provided in his/her subscription to Trash Lucky account under these Terms and Conditions is true. complete and accurate, and the user will promptly amend such information to keep information about the user's account current;
12.3. The User agrees not to use or allow any other person to use the Trash Lucky Platform without limitation in the following cases:
(1) send or receive any material that is threatening, offensive, vulgar, obscene, threatening, defamatory or defamatory of any person; Insults or infringes on the jurisdiction of the courts, copyrights, rights of persons Publicity or Privacy or the rights of others

1. Participants must be a member of Trash Lucky by applying for membership through Trash Lucky’s LINE Official Account or through Trash Lucky’s staff only.
2. Participants must collect Points by separating and donating recyclable waste according to the method specified by Trash Lucky, or by participating in activities on the Trash Lucky platform or other Company channels. The Company will determine and notify the rules of earning points through various channels of the Company itself. or through third-party channels or websites at all
3. Earning Points by separating and donating recycled waste
3.1. The number of Points will depend on the type and weight of recycled waste as determined by Trash Lucky.
3.2. Participants can donate recycled waste to Trash Lucky through the following channels:
3.2.1. Use of Trash Lucky’s home waste collection service at the user’s expense (if any) is borne by the user.
3.2.2. Recycled garbage is packaged through the parcel delivery service to Trash Lucky. The user will be responsible for the cost (if any).
